• Account Executive Pre Qual-OTC form

  • This form is designed to help you determine if the Click n' Close OTC program is a good fit for your builder and your applicant.   

    Please take note of the bullet points below

     

    • Click n' Close, Inc- Will not advance funds to the builder/borrower at closing to get the project started.
    • Funds at closing can pay for the purchase of the land and any soft costs that have been incurred.  
    • All draws are based on work that has been competed- Draws are "paid in arrears" to the builder
    • This programs success centers around Loan Originator and the builder having or establishing good communication. Loan Originator should be able to communicate the OTC program to the builder- not communicating through the borrower to the builder
    • No single-wides
    • No unique properties
    • This program is only alllowed on brokered transactions..
  • Is your company currently approved with Click n' Close ?*
  • Who is your Account Executive? If you do not know- please choose N/A*

  • Do you have a borrower with a builder and contract or are you just looking for              program information?*
  • Have you viewed our required OTC training Videos?*
  • Will the Builder provide their Tax returns and financial statements for acceptance by Click n' Close, Inc?*
  • Does the Builder have enough liquid assets to get the project started?*
  • Does the Builder have experience building single family homes (start to finish)? and at least 3-years experience?*
  • Does the builder have a family or personal relationship with the applicant?*
  • Does the Loan Originator have experience originating, processing and selling a construction loans?*
  • What product is customer interested in?*
  • Does you applicant currently own land or are they looking to purchase land at the closing of the OTC loan?*
  • If the Applicant owns the land- Is there a lien or loan attached to the property?*
  • How long has the applicant owned the land?*
  • How many acres is the lot/land?*
  • What type of home are they looking to construct?*
  • Do you have Plans and Specs*
  • Is the property in a flood zone?*
  • Is the property located in a coastal area?*
